かわいい！新幹線線総合車両センターのPRキャラクター「しんきちくん」
JR東日本 新幹線線総合車両センターのPRキャラクター「しんきちくん」が、2023年7月8日(土)に仙台駅へやってきます。
「しんきちくん」は、新幹線の仕事や魅力を紹介する、新幹線総合車両センターのPR担当“ゆるキャラ”として誕生。名前は、「新幹線総合車両基地」に由来し、色合いはE5系と200系新幹線がモチーフとのことです。
8日に運行予定のE2系200系カラー新幹線10両(J66編成)を使用した団体臨時専用列車「東京再会号」に合わせ仙台駅に来訪。同駅キャラクターの「トキムネくん」も一緒に登場予定です。「東京再会号」の運転時刻は、新青森8時9分発、東京11時40分着。途中停車駅は、八戸、盛岡、一ノ関、仙台、上野です。

当日に限り、仙台駅新幹線改札内にあるNewDaysで「しんきちくん」グッズを販売。商品はクリアファイル、キーホルダー、ボールペンです。
